Check Your Potential (CYP) respects your privacy and protects your personal data in accordance with GDPR. This policy explains how we handle your information.

Data We Collect

We collect: registration data (name, email), onboarding metrics (MRR, ARPPU, subscriber count), analysis data (profile URLs, goals, screenshots), and technical data (IP, browser type). Payment data is processed by Stripe—we never store card numbers.

How We Use Your Data

We use your data to provide CYP services, generate personalized analyses, process payments, communicate about the service, and improve our platform. Marketing communications require your consent.

Data Sharing

We share data only with: Stripe (payments), AI providers for analyses (anonymized), and hosting providers. We never store or share login credentials for OnlyFans, Fansly, or other platforms.

Data Retention

We retain data while your account is active, delete within 30 days after cancellation (except accounting records: 7 years), and keep analyses for 2 years for re-access.

Your Rights (GDPR)

We use HTTPS encryption, secure password hashing, limited access controls, and regular security audits.
